Anddddd I’m bankrupt. Kidding, just ‘gambling’ bankrupt. I’m real life bankrupt because I haven’t had a job in 6 months but that’s a totally unrelated issue. So you may have remembered last week when I blogged about how flawless chasing Sox overs had been for the 17 games I’d experimented with it. Well then the Rays and Jays showed up and the ‘system’ laughed in my face and took all my money. This is actually the first two sentences from that blog:

I really didn’t want to write this blog. I’m basically assuring that the Sox go ‘under’ for the next 10 games by doing this but I couldn’t hold it in any longer.

It’s uncanny how the gambling Gods work. I knew it. You knew it. Everybody knew it. I HAD to open my big mouth about what was going on and immediately after that the Sox bats went dead. The pitchers did their part by being the worst staff in all of baseball but the Sox lineup didn’t hold up their end of the deal. And it is 1 bajillion % because I wrote that blog. Yes, I do have an effect on Sox hitters. This is how things work. Just unbelievable how perfect this stuff works out huh?
